By Aniruddha Kadam · Ongoing · since Jun 2026 · Updated 27 Oct 2026

A panel of AI agents that debates campaign strategy for 6 brands at Sakal Media Group, grounded in each brand’s own documents, before a human team decides.

- **My part:** your exact part (orchestration? retrieval? evaluation?)
- **Team:** 2 interns, reporting to a manager and an associate
- **Timeline:** Jun 2026 → now
- **Status:** Ongoing

## In short

- **Problem:** Sakal’s sub-brands and client brands need campaign strategies grounded in each brand’s own material and reviewed from several angles before they go live.
- **What I did:** one line on exactly what you built
- **Result:** the headline number: approval rate, time saved, or how many campaigns used it
- **How to check:** demo video · a sample debate transcript · the evaluation sheet

## How the panel works: 4 agents, 1 human decision
A strategist proposes, an audience critic and a brand guardian challenge it, and a moderator writes a verdict for the human team. Each agent has its own brief; the brand guardian may only argue from retrieved brand documents.

## Grounding in brand documents
How documents are chunked, retrieved and cited, and how you stop the agents from inventing brand rules.

## Evaluation
| Measure | Before | With Sutra | How measured |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign approval rate | … | … | … |
| Time from brief to strategy | … | … | … |
| Brand-rule violations caught | … | … | … |

## What broke
One real failure: what failed, how you found out, what you changed, what is still open.
